I retain Portion of my chili peppers within the freezer because some dishes (eg salads) need to have fresh peppers. I believe it is a good suggestion to not dry all of them.During the early 1800s the popular frontier dish "chili" was concocted as well as the spice Mix marketed to create this favouri
